Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipment. Please be prepared for a few extra days in transit for delivery. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will reach out to you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
All orders depend on product availability. If an item is currently out of stock when you place your order, we will inform you via phone and/or email.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we strive to process your order within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. Our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
Processing time: This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This is the duration it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your address. Generally, delivery is expected within 4-8 business days.
Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Delivery dates may vary based on carrier practices, the delivery location, method, and the items ordered. Products may also be shipped separately.
Customers can provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website.
Shipping Charges:
Prepaid Orders:
Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹999! For orders under 599, a shipping fee of ₹70 will apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
A charge of ₹70 applies to all COD orders (free shipping is not available for COD).
Return & Exchange Policy
At Shreema’s Style, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you have the option to request a replacement or a refund.
To initiate an exchange, please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your order at care@shreemastyle.com. Include your order details, the reason for the exchange, and a photo of the product.
Please note the following:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all tags.
We will dispatch a replacement within 7-10 business days at no extra cost.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, refuse it and return it to the courier.
For refunds, Shreema’s Style will process it once the returned product is received in an undamaged state.
You can choose between receiving store credit or a refund via Paytm, bank transfer.
Note that returns are not accepted for bulk or corporate orders.
Some items, such as socks, eye masks, cosmetics, and steel straws, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This information is clearly stated on each product page.
If an exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued in cash.
For returns or exchanges involving combo packs, the entire pack must be sent back.
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
If you return an order that was purchased during a sale, only the amount you paid will be refunded; not the current sale price.
Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping costs as applicable.
If you have any questions about a product you wish to order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re happy to provide real-time product photos and videos through WhatsApp, email, or other channels.
Important Notes:
If the product quality does not meet your expectations, you may request a replacement or refund. However, the customer is responsible for self-shipping the product back, including all shipping costs.
Be cautious of fraudulent calls; Shreema’s Style will never ask for your OTP, account details, or ask you to participate in any lucky draw contests. If you receive such calls, please report them to the relevant authorities.

Images of products on our website may vary slightly in color and shade from what you receive. Shreema’s Style is not liable for any damages incurred during product use. If you have questions about a product, please contact us before your purchase. Damage caused after using the product is solely the customer’s responsibility. For exchanges or refunds of clearance items, reach out to us promptly after delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order with Shreema’s Style, please do so within 6 hours of placing it. Send us an email at contact@shreemastyle.com with your order number in the subject line.
If an order is already dispatched, you can refuse the delivery and inform us via email. Please note that if you cancel after shipping, shipping fees will not be refunded, and a cancellation fee of ₹70 will apply.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only processed for damaged or defective products, regardless of whether the order was paid online or via cash on delivery (COD). Shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable. For online orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, we’ll need your bank account details to process the refund, which will be completed within 7-10 business days of cancellation. Alternatively, refunds can also be processed through Paytm.
