3. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship across India only.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 4–5 business days.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹599.
- Shipping timelines may vary during sales, festive periods, or due to unforeseen delays.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
We take utmost care in packing your orders. However, we accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect product sent
Important: To process a return or replacement, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video as proof at the time of delivery.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Approved requests will be eligible for store credit or a replacement, as per customer preference.
- No cash or online refunds are issued.
5. Payments

6. Order Cancellations
