📦 DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship only within India.

Dispatch Time:
All ready-stock orders are dispatched within 4–5 business days of order confirmation. For customized products, dispatch timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, delivery may take an additional 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Shipping Charges:

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹599.
• For orders below ₹599, standard shipping charges will apply (calculated at checkout).

Delays:
Please note that during peak seasons, festive periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, courier issues), delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

🔄 RETURN, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Shreema’s Style, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, since we deal in fashion and imitation jewelry, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• You receive a damaged or broken product.
• You receive a wrong item (different from what you ordered).

Important Requirement:
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request. Without the unboxing video, the request will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at shreemasstyle@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
2. Attach the unboxing video and images of the damaged or incorrect product.
3. Once verified, we will offer:
   • A replacement, or
   • Store credit valid for future purchases.

Note:

• No cash or payment gateway refunds will be issued.
• Customized products are non-returnable unless damaged.
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of design, size mismatch, or change of mind.

🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellation fee is charged.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed.

Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
